What a week this has been!
I'm emotionally spent so I will detail the week later.
In the photo below is mom with Sheila Bittle {LCSW, MS, PHD}.
Sheila has been a life saver (mostly for me).
Mom can't remember her name so I am in the process of making photo flash cards with names.
